Reliefband Technologies’ Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you purchase the Reliefband® device and you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of receipt of purchase, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.

RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF the date of PURCHASE.

All return inquiries must be done by emailing customerservice@reliefband.co.uk.

To qualify to receive a refund, you must follow these steps (a “Qualified Request”):

1. PURCHASE the Reliefband® device and, (“Product”), directly from  http://www.reliefband.co.uk or by emailing Reliefband at customerservice@reliefband.co.uk. Purchases of the Reliefband® device from any other source, vendor, merchant, Amazon, etc., do NOT qualify for this limited offer of a refund, (“Offer”)
2. SAVE the UPC barcode (“UPC”) from the package, the original receipt (packing slip for online purchases) and the product itself.
3. Please email customerservice@reliefband.co.uk within 30 DAYS of receipt to start the process and Reliefband Customer Service will provide a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the return package.
4. When returning your Reliefband® device please provide the original UPC barcode, original receipt/packing list and the Product within 10 DAYS of receiving RMA number from Reliefband® Technologies, LLC.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

THIS OFFER REPRESENTS A LIMITED MONEY BACK WARRANTY. This Offer gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary. This Offer is limited to the actual purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) paid by the consumer for Reliefband® devices only, net of any discounts and/or coupons used by the consumer (“Net Purchase Price”). Requests for reimbursement pursuant to this Offer must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of receipt of the Reliefband® device and within ten (10) DAYS of receiving the RMA number. This Offer is valid exclusively in the United Kingdom. The consumer must pay for return shipping for all Reliefband® returned devices. This Offer is not valid for purchases made by consumers or customers who are outside the United Kingdom. This offer is SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY SPONSOR AT ANYTIME and without providing any notice.

 

Allow 4 weeks for the processing of your refund. To qualify for a refund, Product must have been purchased directly from Reliefband® Technologies, LLC or online from reliefband.co.uk; promotional Product or free Products are not eligible for this offer. Offer is limited to individual consumers or purchasers exclusively and only one refund for the Net Purchase Price will be issued for a Qualified Request; bulk requests and requests made by groups, clubs or organizations are not eligible for this refund and will not be honored. Employees, independent contractors and temporary employees of Reliefband® Technologies, LLC are not eligible for a refund. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible requests or for postage due on any requests or any issues with mail or other delivery services. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC will not provide a refund for or return or any other consideration or reimbursement for a non-qualifying product. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC in its sole and absolute discretion decides whether a request has been made for a non-qualifying product. This Offer is void where prohibited by law, or taxed or restricted by any valid legal entity. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of  RMA Certificate, a proof-of-purchase or cash register receipt is prohibited. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes.

LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

Reliefband® Medical Devices

Reliefband® Technologies warrants each new Reliefband® medical device to be free from material defect in workmanship and materials for (1 year) from the date of purchase, the “Warranty Period.” This limited warranty is subject to (a) the customer notifying Reliefband® Technologies within 1 year of the date of purchase of any material defect in the Reliefband® device workmanship and materials (“Defective Product”) during the Warranty Period, and (b) the customer returning the Defective Product to Reliefband® Technologies. Contact Reliefband® Technologies at customerservice@reliefband.co.uk for replacement of Defective Product.  Proof of purchase, and payment for Shipping and Handling, will be required for service.

Reliefband® devices are indicated for nonprescription (over-the-counter) use in relief of nausea and vomiting due to motion sickness, morning sickness associated with pregnancy, anxiety, physician-diagnosed migraines, hangovers, chemotherapy and as an adjunct to antiemetics with postoperative nausea. Reliefband® devices may not be effective for every person because treatment outcomes vary and are dependent upon a myriad of patient profiles and characteristics. Reliefband® Technologies’ obligation under this Limited Warranty is expressly limited solely and exclusively to the replacement of the Defective Product.

THE LIMITED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE RELIEFBAND TECHNOLOGIES’ SOLE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE RELIEFBAND® DEVICE OR ANY OTHER SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF AND ARE GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES AFFORDED TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES. CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CUSTOMER’S DENTAL AND MEDICAL COSTS, AS A RESULT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. NO AGREEMENT VARYING OR EXTENDING THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, REMEDIES OR THIS LIMITATION WILL BE BINDING ON EITHER PARTY UNLESS MEMORIALIZED IN A WRITING SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty shall not apply to any Defective Product that has been tampered with or repaired and/or altered by someone other than a duly-authorized Reliefband® Technologies’ representative. Further, this warranty shall not apply to any Defective Product where the defect has been caused by customer negligence, mishandling or any customer use contrary to the enclosed instructions or customer use inconsistent with the stated purpose. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the device, Reliefband® gel nor the charging cable  is not warrantied under this one year limited warranty.

This warranty is expressly limited solely to the original purchaser and does not extend or confer any rights to any transferee, assignee, or subsequent purchaser or user of a Defective Product. Reliefband® Technologies’ liability for all claims, (whether based on contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise), which may arise in connection with the purchase and use of any Defective Product is limited to the purchase price paid by the original purchaser.

Reliefband® Technologies products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the warranty.
